El hotel se ve muy descuidado, muy diferente las fotografías que muestran como realmente se encuentra el hotel. En conclusión la relación precio calidad el hotel es muy caro para las condiciones en que se encuentra.

El lugar fue muy bonito, nada más que no había agua caliente y nunca logramos conectarnos a la red de wifi entonces no tuvimos internet. La comida del desayuno estuvo bien pero tampoco fue increíble. El salchichón estaba feo. Pero lo demás estuvo bien.

Muy mala experiencia, ademas de carisimo. Pagamos $107, esperando una habitación "exclusiva", como la anuncian, y lo que encontramos fue una habitación prácticamente en estado de abandono. Telas de arañas por todo lado, una caja usada de preservativos debajo de la cama, ropa de cama con olor a humedad, y como si fuera poco, no nos pudimos bañar porque no llega casi nada de agua a la ducha ni al inodoro. Donde se encuentra ubicado en hotel es increíble, el ambiente rústico es genial y el contacto con la naturaleza. Por otro lado, es importante que las habitaciones estén bien limpias, incluyendo la ropa de cama, debido a que sentimos mucho polvo y olores de humedad en las sábanas. Pero en general la estadía estuvo bien.

Es decepcionante que las fotografias muestren lo que ya no es el hotel la piscina no tiene mantenimiento super sucia y con una nata y la limpieza de la habitaciones con telas de araña por todo lado aparte de arañas muertas. Duran una eternidad para servir la comida. No hay agua caliente xq es de gas el calentador y ni funcionaba.

I spent the worse night at this hotel!!!! A romantic night end up with allergies in a dirty room. Bedding was horrible and I’m not sure it was clean. The mattress was very old and worn out. The bathroom wasn’t any better, flushing handle was broken, I had to remove the lid of the tank to pull the chain to flush it.

Nice and spacious cabins, hot shower, good breakfast. Very quiet, shops half an hour walk, easy access to National Park and volcano if open. Safety protocols strictly enforced including temperature check at check-in.
