This is by far way better than motel 6, the property is clean the rooms are clean and roomy, tha bathrooms are clean ans spacious for showers, definitely worth the budget price!

My experience at this Super 8 in San Jose was extremely disappointing. The property looked much nicer online than it actually was. Upon arrival, I found a worn-down room that fell well short of my expectations. The swimming pool advertised as an amenity was closed for maintenance, and this was not clearly disclosed when I booked. The room also had cleanliness issues, including a dirty shower, a towel apparently left behind by a previous guest, and not enough clean towels provided. Customer service made the situation even more frustrating. I tried to cancel my second night at approximately 10:50 a.m., before the stated 11:00 a.m. cutoff, but was told I had missed the deadline by 10 minutes. Between the undisclosed pool closure, poor room cleanliness, misleading expectations from the online presentation, and inflexible handling of my cancellation request, this was a very disappointing stay. Guests deserve clean rooms, accurate amenity information, and reasonable customer service. I hope management addresses these issues. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.

Room was in ok condition. They did some upgrades to the room. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner for your hair. They did not have a coffee pot but yet they have a microwave and a refrigerator. The rooms are small and they are not insulated well you can hear the Nextdoor neighbors and their snoring. This is a glorified Motel 6. Super 8 it is not.

This hotel formerly was Park Inn. It was just newly converted to Super. The room I stayed was very quiet. Most of the hotel staff I encountered were very helpful. But one staff member refused to give me a blanket because they said they are not allowed to go out to fetch it in the evening when they are the only one in the office. Breakfast was not served even though Expedia says free breakfast when I made the booking. Mattresses are of very poor quality. I had to change room after the first night due to a broken mattress. But the mattress in the second room was only marginally better than the first one. There was a big puddle of water at the base of the stairs throughout the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. It was a hazard but nobody did anything about it. I wish the manager does a walk-around every shift.

Very clean room, we got everything we needed, anything we did needed the staff was very helpful. Friendly, we had an issue with the A/C but the issue was resolved quickly and in professional manner. Very quiet area. I heard the birds in the early morning it was very nice. Thanks for a great stay at the super 8.
