Barceló San José
The bathtub in the bathroom suite had a leak. After taking a shower the bathroom floor ended with water (lots of it). I complained to the front desk but the solution was towels. That was not acceptable at all.

Excellent, clean, nice views, the staff was incredible - especially Boanerges (part of the dining staff). Boanerges went above and beyond to make sure the guests were well taken care of when dining.
