"The Hyatt has a beautiful property and the view from our oceanfront room was beautiful. The beach was quiet and the pool relaxing. Check-in was horrible, long line and room wasn’t ready until 6. There is no entertainment during the day and night. If you just want to relax this is the right place. ..."

"Great location with plenty to do within walking distance. The pool and beach areas were excellent, and we always found chairs available. The lobby has an amazing atmosphere and is arguably the liveliest spot in all of San Juan. We’d definitely stay here again!"
