Everyday I woke up to a wonderful smell in the hotel. Clean smell. Better then any hotel here in the states. I loved my stay in Puerto Rico and would recommend this place to everyone. Staff was wonderful and polite which speaks volumes.

The place smelled like new. It was very clean. My suite was nice with a great bathroom. The only issue that I found was that I had no control of the A/C. The room was very cold at the entrance with a very loud A/C fan. Luckily, I rented a suite, thus I was able to close the doors and the temperature of the bedroom was nice.

I had two rooms booked and one of the rooms were nice and no issues. The room I stayed in had issues with the sink not draining and the door sticking and no closing until you push/pull it closed. Voiced the issues to the staff and they sent maintenance to fix the sink but that was about it. Staff was great and the credit per day was a nice bonus!

I enjoyed my stay at AC. The rooms were nice, although not very quiet. I did not like the balcony views, as I was overlooking a parking lot. They called that a partial ocean view. I did not like having to walk so far to get to their beach access. I did not like the fact that I couldn't tap my card to check in. I love the convenience of the hotel being in the heart of Condado, near all the stores and restaurants.
