ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I booked a room 3 weeks in advanced. When I got there I went to my room and there was a lady in it. The lady and I got sent the exact same room and they gave me the code. Which is completely unsafe for me and her. I called and they apologized, then continued to give me a "upgrade". When i got to the room with the upgrade- there was 2 suitcases by the door. They gave me another code to another occupied room!! I called and then was told that they were all booked and I was unable to get a room I paid for. I was then stranded in Puerto Rico with no where to go for the night. One good thing is they gave me a full refund after I argued for it back. I will never be coming again. Terrible service and completely unsafe due to their lack of communication.

We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The few dingy utensils there were we did not touch. We are experienced travelers and this felt like a thrird-world experience. There were 2 bottles of water in frig that were simply refilled!? After traveling 12 hours to arrive here it was a complete dissapointment. Guest beware, this is NOT was is shown in the photos.

Apartment does not look as it does in the pictures. I was given apartment 1. I will say that gaining access to the apartment was very good and the only positive. The issues was there was only 1 tv for the entire apartment which did not work. When i tried calling i was sent to voicemail and then sent a text. I tried going you the office but no one was there and it was closed. When i informed via text of the issue i was told to use the remote. Later a person knocked at the door to provide batteries. The fridge had water on the shelves. The layout of the sofas was not ideal to enjoy the tv. The bathroom was not clean. There was mildew in the showers. None of the rooms had a window. Each room had ear plugs and understandable as the apartment is close to the street. The curtains did not close properly as there was a sheer panel in the middle which was a safety issue for me as people could look in. The blankets and the sheets on the bed were stained. I will not recommend.

I hurt my knee and we were on the top floor and the sweet person cleaning took our luggage up all three flights of stairs for us! The room was clean wish we could have gotten in a little earlier but we rented a car and managed without the room. 2:30 seemed pretty reasonable anyway. Thank you and ear plugs because if the music outside the room? Very thoughtful!

No staff even though they ststed open until 8 PM. No one there at 7pm. Room was on 3rd floor walkup. Wife handicapped. Also reading reviews, located in not a nice part of town. A/C worked. Never got hot water. Will submit more tomorrow

This hotel is in a very scary neighborhood. The website portrays a different portrait of the actual hotel. In the WEBSITE portrait, the building is colored a pristine white and the sidewalks are pristine, and the neighborhood is presumed good . But once I got there, the building was dirty. The sidewalks were cracked and dirty and the neighborhood had numerous abandoned buildings. I had no choice but to stay because it was very late and I was waiting on my daughter who was on a different flight. There was almost no hot water. I had to shower with barely lukewarm water. The only good thing I can say is that the inside of this hotel looks exactly as the website.
