When we first walked in, the lobby was dirty stains on the couch. There was a space between the door of our room where we can stand the horror and see\n In it was very tiny One receptacle in the room. I will not recommend this hotel to no one.The only good thing is that the big was comfortable

Encontré latas de soda debajo las camas cuando recibí la habitación, encontré pelos en la cama, no conté con nevera y el hotel muy deteriorado en general. A rescatar, el personal excelente y muy amable. Muy buena ubicación, deben mejorar en limpieza e infraestructura.

The lobby was inviting. Stairwells, hallways, and our room were all clean and well maintained. The two restaurants were clean and thenfiid was good. All of the staff were gracious and friendly. The water pressure in our shower was phenomenal! An on-site laundry room and pool were great to have. The location is great: a 10-minute drive from the airport and 5-minute walk to Isla Verde beach, and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. As a bonus, bus lines to Old SanJuan and Piñones are right there, if that's your thing. The only area of improvement would be the slow, glitchy wifi. THIS HOTEL IS A GREAT VALUE AND I WOULD JUMP AT THE CHANCE TO RETURN.

Positive: Checked in early Negative: Front desk not very friendly. Had to ask for towels because none in room. Floor was really wet due to humidity. Had to ask for towels to put on floor as it was extremely slippery. Left hotel after less than 4 hours because I found bed bug. Caught it to show front desk. They didn't seem to be concerned and didn't even look at it. Her response was to just contact Expedia and they will approve a full refund for both my rooms. (Didn't even offer to give me a different room).

The hotel looks like a dump; the staff are rude; I had graffiti on our room door; the room looked like a prison cell with little if any furniture; the bathroom room was the size of an airplane toilet and it looked like something you would find at a gas station; bedding and towels were almost see through; room smelled like a sewer; Expedia photos are truly deceptive and completely inaccurate

"Coral by the Sea is a classic San Juan hotel with a prime location right on the beach. While the building itself is showing its age, the rooms the hotel are not very well maintained. Bring the repellent. Lots of mosquitoes

The floors were not swept, there was no light switch in the bathroom. One light switch controlled the entire hotel room.(room 401) So if you needed to use the restroom at night, you were guaranteed to wake everyone else in the room up. If you’re just looking for a one night stay then it’s fine. You are walking distance to the beach and several restaurants.

The good: great location with restaurants on site. Good TV channel lineup. Good AC. The bad: the room was poorly maintained. TV remote did not work. There was a ceiling fan with no way to turn off. The "closet" looked like it was built by a bad handyman. The lights over the sink were broken. The cheap plastic toothbrush holder was broken. The wall behind the beds was badly patched with paint dripped on the headboard. The window was filthy. The steps at the hotel entrance were broken.

Not the best place to go relax. Room wasn’t really cleaned. Everything seems to be falling apart. You hear planes every 30 mins shaking the windows. You get charged if you login to your streaming apps. Do not recommend
