The hotel is near everything so that’s the good thing but the hotel is not well maintained, property is old and dirty. Although, housekeeping is full of nice ladies willing to help you. Rooms are not soundproofed, you can hear airplanes are day long and more at night.

Upon check-in, my room had cockroaches dead and alive on the bed. We were move to a new room on the third floor, which had no mini refrigerators as per the employee, which was an inconvenience with small children requiring milk. Leaky sink in the bathroom water was all over the floor with very poor drainage. No hooks or hangers in the room, all of your personal items will be on the floor due to the lack of a table or desk. Beds are not comfortable. The washing machine amenity did not work although the dryer worked for only four minutes for $.25. Great ice machine. Staff was polite, but wasn’t helpful. Paid parking lot for about seven dollars a day. There was some available public parking in the area that was helpful but an inconvenience to load and unload in the area especially when you need to purchase a cooler to keep items cold because a mini fridge was not provided to me by the hotel. Nor did the staff help with any other options to assist women with small children. Hot tub was inaccurate, no jets and was not heated. Poor lighting at the pool area for evening swims. Not much comfortable seating. Two nice attached restaurants was a positive convenience. Hotel needs an upgrade. Hotel has larger suites with a kitchenette but minimal appliances. Outdoor seating area could also be upgraded. Actual Garbage bags and sponges would be helpful too. Daily room cleaning/maintenance was poor. Trash cans were not removed and additional towels were not replaced daily. Not quiet.

Location is great. Close to the beach multiple restaurants and stores. I was able to walk around everywhere. The hot tub is not hot or even warm. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room could use updating. There is no iron hair dryer or anything in the room. TV remote did not work and there were no batteries in the ac remote to control the temp.

I got the outside suite it was ok for the price and got my own space that was cool. I bought the parking and the guy said to just pull forward that he would see me by the camera. But no every-time I had to get out of my car to tell him to open it for me

It was wonderful for what we needed. The place was a little old but we didn’t actually spend a lot of time in the hotel. The restaurants were wonderful excellent staff and great food. But we spent most of our time exploring Puerto Rico. Would definitely recommend Coral by the Sea!!

The staff was great. Service was fast. Everyone was nice and friendly but the hotel needs an upgrade. It’s old, look like they ain’t updated it in 20 Years. lol. No refrigerator no microwave.

Beautiful and comfortable suite room. Unfortunately, the bed sheets were stained with blood, the wall in front of the toilet had blood stains as well like when someone splat drops. When offered to bring new sheets, room service left them on the chair and told that we could change them outselves and leave the stained ones on the room. What started as a pleasant stay, quickly turned into a mess, when we found that there was chinese rice under the sheets as well. The faucet was loose to the touch, and the shower floor was very slippery and we had to run the hot shower for a few minutes while it cleared and not be slippery at all. Room noise insulation is not that great, we could hear people talking while walking on the sidewalk, even if it was around 8-10 feet from the room door. Also, we could hear the guests from the next suite talking, so noise insulation or wall separation is actually thin. It could have been better but there were clear signs that the room was not cleaned at all, probably not serviced after previous guests.

We stayed in a suite. I liked the privacy and that we had alittle kitchen area. Didnt liek We had to pay $7/day to park and the parking area was very small and barely any spots. Staff was very nice. It was annoying that everytime housekeeping came in they only left 2 towels and no wash clothes so we had to keep going and asking for more towels and wash clothes. The location was great!! Short walk to the ocean and many restaurants/bars within walking distance

El personal super nice…pero la limpieza horrible cucarachas donde quiera,los baños llenos de moho horrible…así que si les gusta la limpieza no se los recomiendo

Average room that’s decent for the price. Bed wasn’t too comfortable and house keeping never came by to freshen things up during our 6 day stay, but the staff was very nice and accommodating when we asked for fresh towels and toiletries. Hotel is in a great location. Close to a lot of local bars, restaurants and the beach. All were within walking distance. We were constantly on the go so it’s a decent place to stay if you’re not spending much time in your room.
