The room had wonderful A/C and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to lots of food and beach options. As a bigger guy room is a bit cozy but manageable

The bunk room was cute, chic, clean, and very reasonably priced. It was perfect for my trip since I was mainly in Puerto Rico handling some house-related business and simply needed a comfortable place with air conditioning, warm water, and a clean space to rest. The location was also great, with plenty of cool spots nearby, including a beautiful upscale restaurant right next door. The property is mostly self-service with a convenient self check-in process. When I arrived, I had not received my check-in email, but the staff was helpful when I called and quickly assisted me. My only disappointment was that I called and left a voicemail with a question about having a package sent to the property, but I never received a call back. Aside from that, the stay was comfortable, convenient, and a great value for the price.

After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.

This is a hidden gem. The property was super clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The ease of check in was outstanding the self check in option. The hotel was in a close proximity to the Coliseo de PR and many dining options and night life. Would recommend and will definitely book again when in the area

The hotel was nice and quite. Only problem was the room looked bigger in picture but in person is quiet small. Price wise it's okay. If you are going for 1/2 days this room works but if you are planning to stay 4/5 days it's not gonna work, it's too tiny for that.

It was very easy to book this place and checking in was also very easy. I’ve never booked a hotel in my life nor have I been to a hotel and never traveled and was unfamiliar with the process but it was very easy. The staff were very helpful. The guy with green eyes and curly hair was always around and tried helping me find a laundromat since the power had gone out and couldn’t do my laundry at the facility. The room I booked was comfy and small which I liked since I am a solo traveler. I liked that they have a steamer and a blow dryer and shampoo and conditioner since I forgot to bring mine. This area was very quiet although I wouldn’t say I felt 100% comfortable walking alone at night, which I did have to do a few times. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I loved being in Puerto Rico and I will 100000% be coming back and staying here again.

Honest review. Me and my daughter had the bunk beds room for 4 nights in March. Upon opening the door we could not fit our carry ons without some struggle. The distance from the bed to the wall is barely 20inches, we are both under 120 pound, and short. For 4 days one of our cases was under the bed, the other one under the bathroom sink... No storage space. Every single piece of clothing was damp at the end of our trip, no moisture control. You can't see the tv from the lower bed, and the air conditioning affects the top bed way more then lower one. My daughter slept with 3 blankets while I slept with barely a towel. The tine fridge was blocking the steps to the top bed, you literally have to step on top of it to get in and out... The area of the hotel is sketchy. abandoned buildings, and homeless ppl, shooting crack in the middle of the day. One of our Uber drivers said it is irresponsible for the owners to have this place there. He kept saying not to have my daughter be alone there at any time... It just was not a good feeling. Staff was super friendly, you can see where they are going with the cute, minimalist style, but the closet space they made for a room, and the area was just not good. Would not be a repeat for us.

I was needing a place to crash due to a last minute trip to care for my dad. The place is very clean and in a convenient location, with parking on site! The bed was very comfy. It also has a cute little fridge that was perfect for my drinks! It’s a good size for 2 people. Communication with the host was also great. I will definitely stay again.

La experiencia fue decepcionante, el cuarto demasiado pequeño, cubría toda la habitación y apenas había espacio para caminar. No caben dos personas entre la cama y el baño, sencillamente no había espacio. En las fotos para uno escoger el lugar dan la impresión de ser amplio el sitio, o sea son fotos engañosas. No hay espacio ni un triste gancho para colgar la ropa. El agua del baño nunca salió caliente, le dimos tiempo a correr el agua 🚿 y solo salía fría. La cama litera hacía un ruido horrible siempre que se movía uno en el matre. Y para colmo antes de darte acceso a la habitación y de hacer el check in así sea una sola noche, te hacen un cargo de $125 por si “rompiéramos algo” en ese triste espacio. El TV no se puede encender pues tiene un costo adicional. Lo único positivo del lugar es que tiene estacionamiento.

Loved it! The room was perfect. Just enough room for my mom and me in the bunk beds, a super cute refrigerator, and a nice clean private bathroom and shower. The air conditioner was great to keep the air flowing in the room. The staff member at the desk was helpful and the overall atmosphere was perfect for what we needed for the night. Cozy!
