The property was easy to find, and everything was clean and ready when I arrived. Some areas looked a bit worn, with minor peeling paint and chipped wood, but overall it was a good stay. If you’re sensitive to noise, they provide earplugs for nighttime sounds from animals and insects, though it didn’t bother me. Breakfast was available throughout the day, and I especially enjoyed the hot chocolate. My patio door didn’t lock, but since I was on the second floor, I wasn’t too concerned. On the positive side, the space was clean, the sheets felt freshly washed, and everything in the room worked well. Staff communication was decent, and the guidebook with helpful information was a nice touch.

What we liked: Pretty property nestled near both the rainforest and the beach. Nice landscaping, lots of birds and coquís. Nice pool. What we didn’t like: Very small room—prepare to be cramped with luggage for two. When we arrived, the AC was completely turned off, so the room was muggy, and after that it never wasn’t damp (which is understandable given its location). There was also some water damage on the floor, in part because the shower is set up that it gets the floor wet. While overall the room was clean, there was a fair amount of hair on a shower wall the cleaners clearly missed. The breakfast was probably the biggest let down. “Continental breakfast” is misleading. There is a Nescafé which is nice. Otherwise it’s a moderate amount of waffle mix, a couple cereal options, not even milk (when we stayed), bread, jelly (no peanut butter when we stayed), some sad fruit, cheese sticks, and some sugary processed things. Not exactly the fuel you want to hike El Yunque. We also personally didn’t like the repeating piped-in spa music in the communal outdoor area—big sanatorium vibes—we’d have preferred just the rainforest ambiance.

Clean room, small space great for solo travel might be tight even for a couple in the smaller rooms, wouldn’t stay here if you’re looking to spend most of your time near the capital but great spot for quite relax time

Nice hotel but there was water damage in our room from the water going everywhere when people shower. Breakfast was simple, just cereal, waffle maker, and toast. They do supply bottled water, which we appreciated. Not insulated very well from noise. The frogs were very loud but I found it to be quite peaceful- my issue was the person staying below us out on the balcony all night talking loudly and smoking weed. Obviously, that is not the fault of the property but better sound insulation is recommended.

The culture here is something you can truly feel. You hear the coquí at night, smell the fresh air, and actually want to hang outside your room or by the pool. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience. This is something you simply won’t get inside a Marriott or Hilton. If you’re looking for something real, relaxing, and connected to the island, this is it.

This is a great property as a place to lay your head when traveling around the island. Some of the instructions on getting around, check in, and check out were confusing and depending on where you look for it (via website, text, email, handbook in the room) there was conflicting information. While being in the middle of nature and local living is part of the experience, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and an eye mask. Those coquís and other habitat like to be loud in the evenings and mornings. The breakfast room is open 24/7 which was a huge bonus as it had an ice maker and microwave along with kitchen utensils. The room itself was pleasant and was spacious for a solo traveler. The area felt safe as the location is gated.

We stayed 5 nights and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Check -in was easy, and parking was super convenient. The grounds and landscaping are absolutely stunning. Pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and the bed was so comfortable. Having access to a kitchen was also a huge plus and came in handy throughout our stay. This place really didn’t miss a single detail. Falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest was the cherry on top. The entire vibe is so quaint, peaceful, and relaxing. 10/10 recommend we would absolutely stay here again.

It was very convenient for everything close to a lot of beaches, Walmart, fast foods and restaurants and the breakfast part even that we don't eat there was very nice. Very super clean and friendly staff. However you can hear everything a lot of noises in the evening from others staying there. Very small trash can just one. No even a small tv. We used the same towels the whole stay. No iron for the clothes. No much illumination for my wife make-up. And the pin from inside doesn't work I have to jump the fence to opening from outside in order to get out from there the last day.

Ok for solo travelers, too tiny for a couple, space not well distributed. Example; you have plenty of chairs and tables in the outside and balcony why have more in the room being so tiny. I recommend an inchannel door for the bathroom. Toilet with no room to sit and stretch your right leg. Wasnt cleaned properly with dirty glass and spider webs. You can get rid of the small fridge, not needed since you have 24hr kitchen in the downstairs.

This is an amazing property for families with teens! The guesthouse has 3 separate units that allowed kids to have their own rooms. The outdoor covered patio was perfect for gathering, meals, and listening to the coqui frogs in the evening. The main unit has a full kitchen and a bonus indoor hammock! The guesthouse is secluded from the rest of the units and has a private gated entrance. The property is in a quiet area yet close to beaches and other attractions. I would definitely recommend!
Upper and lower unit with double bed, fullback, and TV in each. Upper has patio.
