Was pleasantly surprised with my stay! Google had some lower reviews, but right from the start we were met with great staff, Chris and this bartender lady that I can’t remember her name but she made an amazing welcome shot! They offered beach towels daily, recommended places to eat and beaches, and asked us about our day everyday! We had the larger room, I would definitely stay here again, and I don’t say that often! The pizza and wings at the hotel were really good also!!
Little things like parking is a little rough, but doable! There was no latch lock on the door to the room to feel extra secure at night, and you definitely could hear people walking up the steps at night (weekends more so). There are some people who like to ask for money out in front of this hotel at night.
The experience was great. We were greeted each time when we left and when we came back. The staff was friendly, attentive, and the space was clean. Definitely recommend.
Amazing staff, beuitiful lobby and close to all the activities!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The hotel is very deceiving, the description is not accurate, they do not have a laundry service, the parking lot is very compacted, there is only parking for about 6 cars and most of the parking spaces are taken either by the staff or non-working cars. other than that it is in a good location and the rooms are clean.
I like that it was close to everything! I especially love the staff. They were friendly, hospitable, and tried their best to understand me. Excellente!
My friends and I loved this hotel! There were 5 of us and we had the double queen suite with the pull out sofa bed. We had more than enough room for all of us!
The staff members were excellent and extremely helpful. Probably some of the nicest people I have ever met in my life!
The location of the hotel was perfect; it was across the street from a super market, near multiple restaurants and walking distance from a beach and La Placita.
I can’t wait to see this hotel grow into the beautiful flower it’s going to be!
10/10
Fransisco runs an smooth operation he is very welcoming and his leadership is felt through out the place he is always there and very well respected by his team members we enjoyed counter acting with him and being an X hospitality GM I appreciated him very much so also his right hand Elliott excellent with people with high energy and wearing multiple hats very professional kind and responsive
The housekeeping staff including the supervisor were all on target and kept the place spotless
The lobby bar attendant a young lady always had a big smile on and attentive with any questions and lots of knowledge about the area overall this place is well managed and well located
We had a great time will be back.
My husband and I stayed here for seven days, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience of our lives. This property uses completely fake, deceptive marketing. They take pictures of surrounding hotels and portray them as their own. They advertised a casino and a rooftop lounge—neither of these actually exist. The room conditions were unbearable. We had zero hot water for our entire seven-day stay and were forced to take freezing cold showers. Additionally, you have no control over the room temperature. The room was an absolute icebox, and we had to stay bundled up under blankets the entire time we were inside. To make matters worse, the hotel is undergoing major construction. Loud, disruptive banging started at 7:00 AM every single morning and lasted all day long.Their "highly rated" breakfast was a joke. The only options were rubbery waffles, bad eggs, and little sausages. As a vegetarian, there was absolutely nothing substantial for me to eat, and they offered zero fruit options.Management is completely useless and untrustworthy. After I submitted a formal complaint through my booking website, the manager actually came to our room. He promised he would personally bring us better breakfast options the following morning. He never showed up with the food. The customer service here is non-existent, the amenities are a lie, and the management lacks basic integrity. Do not book this hotel.
Our room was clean, which we appreciated, but overall our stay was disappointing.
Although we booked the most economical room, it lacked basic conveniences, such as a nightstand to place personal items. The bathroom was spacious but not very functional. The shower had no door or curtain, so water spread across the entire bathroom floor after every shower. We ended up placing towels on the floor, and having the shampoo dispenser outside the shower was inconvenient.
The room also became quite warm at night because the air conditioning didn’t seem to reach the bed very well. In addition, the soundproofing could definitely be improved, as we could hear many noises coming from the neighboring room.
Parking was another downside. There is a $25 daily parking fee, and the parking area is very narrow, making it difficult to maneuver. If the lot is full, guests have to ask the front desk to move another vehicle before being able to park.
Finally, the photos on Expedia did not accurately represent the hotel, which was disappointing. While the room was clean, I don’t feel the overall experience matched the expectations created by the listing.
I do want to recognize the front desk employee, who I believe was named Chris. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. He provided excellent customer service, and we truly appreciated his friendly attitude.
Room really clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again on another visit.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The facility was great. Our room had visible water damage. It was a cute place, but not as we thought. It’s in like an alley way. I’d say if you want to go affordably stay here. Staff were pretty nice. Place was very clean. Close to just about everything. Beach & Restaurants within walking distance
Very small, yet cute place! All depends on the room you get. A standard/queen room is very compact with open bathroom. However, it was quite neat and clean. The lobby was lively! Staff were very helpful, kind and welcoming. Elliot was full of life and spirit. He also made the best omelettes :)
Breakfast was included with our stay. It was very simple, so don’t expect a huge spread. It was enough to munch on and head out for an adventure.
The location was just perfect!!! There is a 24 hour super market across the street. Within a five minute walk, you would be at the ocean. Some nice restaurants were walkable distance too making this a prime location.
Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed. Definitely recommend to couples who are looking for a small and simple hotel.

Staff was amazing and so helpful, but the rooms are so small. The shower is across from your bed with barely any space in between the two, and the restroom doesn’t have a door so you can hear everything someone is doing on the toilet.
I booked Ola Boutique through Expedia to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Based on Expedia's "9-Wonderful" rating and the property's promotional photos showcasing a beautiful beachfront setting, casino access, and spa amenities, we expected a memorable and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, what we experienced was one of the most disappointing trips we have ever taken.
The most significant issue was the stark difference between what was advertised and what we found upon arrival. The photos on Expedia present an attractive, upscale boutique hotel, but the actual property and surrounding area appeared noticeably different. We encountered ongoing maintenance, unkempt work areas, and conditions that did not match the polished image used to market the hotel. Had the property been accurately represented, we would not have chosen it for such an important occasion. The area looks dangerous and safety is a major concern.
What turned a disappointing stay into an unacceptable one was the complete lack of accountability. On June 26, 2026, we formally reported our concerns and were instructed to email the hotel. We were told the owner would contact us within 24 hours, but no one ever responded. Expedia was copied on the correspondence, and we expected assistance from the company that facilitated the booking. Instead, after several days, Expedia informed us that Ola Boutique had declined our refund request because the reservation ended on June 29 even though we left on June 27th.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Villa was very clean and beautiful. I wish the balcony umbrella worked to be able to enjoy the balcony more.
The staff was excellent from the time of check in to check out! (Chris was exceptional and took his time to talk about the island). The room thay we booked was small room- which we wanted- and was clean and had a great shower. They have mini fridge in the room and even a little freezer. Location was directly across from a market so that was helpful. Would stay here again!
