We always love our stay at the Royal Sonesta! This time was no different with the exception of the pool being a bit murkier than we would have liked it are used to. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful!

I enjoy this property, actually it's the only property I stay at when in Puerto Rico. It's walking distance to a lot of eateries, liquor stores and drug stores. Great bus line to Old San Juan (free). The restaurants and bars were excellent, I only wish this property was all inclusive, I would never leave, LOL

Beautiful place, great location! Spa was down for the duration of the stay and they don’t advertise that the swim up bar is only open on the weekends. The staff is wonderful! My son lost his iPad when we checked in and they found it and got it back to us that night! Would definitely stay here again.

The has just became my new favorite place to stay with I come to Puerto Rico. From the top customer and amazing hospitality. The entire crew even prior to check in has help to make this the most memorable and relaxing vacation for my boyfriend birthday, I want to especially thank chief concierge Nester who was so very helpful and exceptional at this job. I had a great stay at The Royal Sonesta San Juan! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, especially being so close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions in the San Juan area. The pool and overall resort atmosphere were also great, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at The Royal Sonesta San Juan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto Rico, and I would gladly stay here again!
