Had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything in Condado. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the front desk, bar staff, and housekeeping team. They made us feel very welcome and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

I solo traveled as a woman in her 30s. The hotel was great, only guests in their 30s-40s, no kids. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Great vibes and their restaurant is good. The weekends are lit. Beach section is great as well. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back.

The Tryst was a beautiful beachfront hotel in the Condado Beach area of San Juan, Puerto Rico! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views, a relaxing atmosphere, easy access to the beach and plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was so warm and welcoming, and the entire stay felt comfortable and memorable. We especially enjoyed the outdoor bar and the bartenders were extremely helpful with offering excellent food suggestions. This was definitely a great choice for a last minute weekend getaway. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The bathrooms are very small. Rooms were nothing special but clean!! Not a great area of town need to be in before dark. Good for a one night stay wouldn’t recommend a week stay.

Solo traveller female here, my stay was amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and the beach access with free umbrellas and chairs was especially great. The room doors have an anti break in lock which was great for peace of mind. Location is central which was also amazing. Only thing that wasn’t great was on one particular day, my hotel room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping until 5:30pm. But I understand it may just have been a bit of a hectic day for them. Housekeeping were not even picking up my tips until I wrote a note that they were for them, so I can’t complain! Incredibly safe environment. 10/10, would recommend this place. Thanks Tryst staff for being so wonderful! :)

Great stay! The owner of the property was amazing . You can tell his and his children are really dedicated to the success of this property. He took the time to talk to me and get to know me . It was such a central location and wonderful place .

The staff was kind and helpful. Despite PR being in a drought, the stay was comfortable and unaffected. At first, the room was underwhelming. There was a problem with the television, bathroom fan, and the bed frame is too large for a queen size mattress so it's easy to whack your shin on the frame. We brought up our concerns to staff and they moved us into a much nicer room with a king bed and nice view. If more than one person is booking here, they should definitely get the king size room because queen room is too small for two people. Overall, the stay was nice, cozy, and relaxing. The beachfront location is excellent and their restaurant is scenic, good atmosphere, at night especially. We had a good time and appreciate the staff addressing our concerns because otherwise that may not have been the case.

Nice small beachfront hotel. Great for someone who wants to spend time mainly on the beach. It has decent restaurant/bar. Also it's still under renovations. I'm not sure if it has a gym. Probably not cause it was never mentioned to us. Overall great location, it's clean and service is great.
