Location is pretty good, and the staff weee very helpful. The only downside: I stayed for 3 nights. One of the nights, the next door restaurant-bar, or whatever it is, had super loud music/bass booming until 1:00am. It was very hard to sleep that night.

When we arrived everything was clean and easy to access, the parking was a little confusing the first time but after that it was ok. The only thing was I was not able to use the TV because there was no remote, I tried to contact staff and was told they would send someone with one but never got it. Also not enough toilet paper. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and felt safe in the hotel and area as well. We would stay again.

It was okay, it did what it needed to do, comfortable clean bed linens. Instructions for checking in can be a bit more clear. There was a weekend street party and it had a barricade to enter the parking lot which required you to manually open and close the entrance to the parking section. That was a bit frustrating after a while. The hotel room was a bit small for two adults but overall it was a decent stay.

This property was a quick one night stay for my husband and I on our way to another place the next day. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air worked great, the shower was spacious, and the inclusion of a mini fridge was wonderful for keeping our bottled water cold!

The room was clean and comfortable; however we woke up to no running water in the bathroom. Too bad i found out after the release of my dinner at 7 a.m. I see someone cleaning the rooms and ask about the water, but he isn't fluent in English and shows me a message on his phone that the whole building water was off and they had no idea on when it would come back on. We go to the front desk where we checked in to report the problem and were informed that they no longer manage the property and we need to reach out to the owner. Our flight leaves at noon and we have no idea of how were going to take a shower. Front desk staff tells us we can use the public bathroom to wash up in the sink and brush our teeth....won't get me twice

Yes on both accounts. If guests ask for a place to eat the staff should recommend the Thai restaurant 3/10 of a mile away. Easy walk and most importantly excellent food at good prices and the staff was amazing!!!

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing. Our first night, we were placed in a TINY room that didnt reflect the pics. The manager was gracious and moved us to a better room the next night. No hot water was available and the AC was either full on and freezing or had to turn off. The only saving grace was the staffs kindness.
