"We really enjoyed our stay. We had ocean view 2 queen bed room in late July. Room was very clean and it was quiet which is what we were looking for. In general, this was pretty perfect. Restaurant on the property was very good. On weekends, I would recommend making reservations ahead of time. There are couple of things that might need to be improved on the property. 1. The roads leading to the units are in pretty poor shape. They should really be repaved and fixed. 2. Bathroom didn't have a shampoo bottle. It had 2 body wash bottles & one conditioner. 3. Bathroom was VERY small. There was practically no place to put toiletries or clothes. There was no hook on the door. But overall stay was very pleasant and we would book there again. Thank you."

"We stayed in a room with a beautiful view of the ocean. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were the cleanest we’ve ever seen at a hotel! The Islander restaurant food was very good and we also enjoyed fabulous ocean views while we ate our meals."

"To start, Friday Harbor properties are waaaaay too expensive-even as wonderful as it is, but that being said...I was expecting much less from the exterior photos of this property. It is an older property and looks very 80s-90s, but what a surprise! It is beautiful , perfectly clean and so nicely appointed. The bathroom is small, BUT super clean with great products. There was Starbucks coffee in the Keurig (also an espresso machine in the office). There were chocolates next to the perfectly made bed (that was really comfortable) with enough pillows!. The blankets were so lovely. Good smart TV (not too hard to access-very good Wifi). So many little extras, Have I said enough? Mel, the woman who checked us in could not have been more helpful for hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, whale sightings. Free, convenient parking. Good wifi. Nice location as well. Also, very quiet, and really restful. Loved, loved, loved it."

"One of our new favorite places! This bed and breakfast is owned by the sweetest little family! A hidden treasure close to Friday Harbor! We loved everything about it including the most delicious homemade breakfasts and the after hours goodies! Book it! You won’t regret it!"

"The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the entrance of Friday Harbor. The walk is slightly uphill but anyone in moderate shape will find it easy. If you have a roller bag it is a bit bumpy but totally manageable. On the way to the hotel, you’ll pass through the main area of town which is a nice intro to the many shops and restaurants. We found the room not luxurious, but modern, clean and had everything you’d need: Shampoo - wall mounted shower dispenser Conditioner - wall mounted shower dispenser Body wash - wall mounted shower dispenser Liquid hand soap Pump lotion bottle 1 bar soap 1 shower cap 1 makeup remover towel Plenty of hand, face and bath towels A good, con air hairdryer with a concentrator. Best part - the hair dryer is NOT attached to the wall. Iron + board Robes Keurig coffee maker - but there’s an on site coffee shop too. The clock on the nightstand had two USB A ports but they charged slowly. A fridge and a microwave The room itself only had one wall outlet. Luckily we had our travel power strip, and that came in very handy. Most, if not all, of the rooms have a balcony with two chairs and a little table - we didn’t use it but a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful to give local suggestions on where to eat and places of interest. As mentioned the hotel is on the Main Street - about 10 minutes from the main town so very accessible to all the restaurants, shops and bars. The check in was easy. 24 hours before check"
