Pool side and environment was amazing all 5 stars. Just I was kind of hoping for some authentic Puerto Rican food and that’s just not the kind of food that they offered there. The food was good just not what I was expecting

Great resort, staff was friendly. The bar tender OVI was such a pleasure. His professionalism was unmatched. Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
El San Juan is a classic close to airport and with good pools and beach. Property is a little worse for wear and incessant bass music unwelcome. Should have a quiet adult pool. Service is slow at best.
