"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "Thank you to Veronica at front desk for all her prompt and professional service. Many thanks to Johanna from the restaurant who was amazing. To the security guard (can’t remember his name, he wore glasses) that was an excellent support (also helped with our photos). All the staff at Lia Hotel were exceptional.
