"The hotel is really nice. Breakfast was ok too. However, the room was excessively hot. The AC did not work in the hotel. Date of stay was May 11. Daytime temperatures were 22+ Celsius. We had to sleep with the balcony door open. This let a lot of light in the room early in the morning and woke us up prematurely. Also the fumes from car traffic outside and airplanes nearby made the air bad. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the hotel and will likely visit again but not in May. "

"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. There was no allowance made for customs or luggage. Very cheap tactic.  They also tried to charge an extra night city tax, which we had not occupied the hotel.  We tried to take a late check out in lieu of missing our first night: given that is low season and the hotel was almost empty, you'd think they'd show some good will. No: they wanted to charge €120 for us to stay in our room until 5pm. Food is very average. It's a relaxing resort, but the mentality to fleece guests is disgusting. It wouldn't happen in Greece!  I'd avoid this island and the resort based on the hotel staff and taxi driver's behaviour, as one receptionist agreed with me that their approach was a cultural issue/nuance."

"At dinner, the staff were literally running to provide service as quickly as they could, but they were seriously understaffed and one meal of 3 courses took 2hrs45min. Most of them remained very friendly, but some were obviously frustrated. This was in low season (May), so we wouldn't have wanted to see what happens when the guest number triples or quadruples! Another thing: the room fridge didn't work- but it was quickly replaced. The food: a few very good dishes, several much too heavy ones. In general, excellent amenities, beautiful site."

"This was a cute little hotel. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast bar which came included with our 5 day stay for an added cost of 13 euros a day. We were here during off season so we did not get in the pool but it looked very nice and clean. The BBQ restaurant was pretty good but nothing to write home about. In saying that, there were some major downfalls to this place. The room was extremely humid and left all of our clothes/suit cases/shoes feeling wet and stinky. Our A/C unit shat out black mold onto the floor in the middle of the night which was very odd. The shower was so small you can barely fit one person in. The bed was not great, it was two twin beds zipped up together and once again the sheets, pillows and bed spread were wet the whole time from the moisture of the room. Luckily, we did not spend much time in the room as we were exploring the island for most of the day so this was just a place to lay our heads at night. So if you’re looking for a place to stay on the cheaper side that you don’t plan on spending much time at, I’d say this is an ok option, but I would look elsewhere first for a more comfortable and up to date hotel."
