"Better than expected, the room was clean and quiet, pool area lovely and amazing spa. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very helpful and super nice, all spoke very good english. The only downside were the carpets in the common areas, they looked a little worn out and the lift was a little dodgy. A part from that, we had a very good time and would come back."

"Our room was located in the building attached that was renovated in March 2026. The room size was adequate, bathroom a little small. Air conditioning worked great. Perfect location to food and ruins as well as “the square”. We did have an odor in the bathroom that we reported in the morning as it did not smell at checkin. Nice breakfast"

"Very nice place, not fancy but very cozy and homy the owners were really nice u can find parking on the street or if u come with train is very close. Also Pompei is just right there 5 min frome the entrance. The room was cleen and the bathroom small but cleen, maybe if I have to say something not a complain only an observation the shower had was to high.honestly overall was very nice the breakfast was included and it was simple, Elena made us a cappuccino. FYI they will ask a stay taxes it's normal and legit just be ready with some cash. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here as a family of 4. Family room was big enough for us however the property advertising a recent renovation the bathroom especially was a bit tired and needed updating but everything worked as it should. It must be said, if you don't have a car then staying here might be a bit tricky. We hired a car (We went further South) and deliberately stayed out of Naples to visit some of the surrounding sights. Underground Parking is 10€ a night or free at the front or across the road in Wurth car park. Parking is a bit of a nightmare if you don't want to pay the extra, as there is a restaurant next door that was busy two of the nights we got back a bit later and parking was a little restricted. Breakfast was a good selection but was the same all three mornings we were there so not much in the way of variety. There is a Swimming pool but we didn't use it. Overall a good stay but you will need a car to make the most of it."

"A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight. The rooms are very good and the view too. The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent. Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive)."
