"We had a wonderful stay at ibis Chiang Mai Nimman Journeyhub and were very impressed with the overall experience.
The room was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was truly tip-top. Everything was kept neat and tidy throughout our stay.
The front counter staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional, especially Mr. Nest. He was always very polite, welcoming and greeted guests with a genuine smile. His excellent service really made our stay even more pleasant.
The hotel is also in a very good and convenient location, making it easy to get around Chiang Mai, with many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby.
We were also impressed by how clean and pleasant the hotel feels from the moment we walk in. There is a very welcoming and positive vibe throughout the hotel.
Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay, thanks not only to the excellent location and cleanliness, but especially to the wonderful staff and housekeeping team.
