I was in San Pedro Sula for work and the hotel was recommended by one of my colleagues. The staff is great, very helpful, and willing to provide support when asked. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, though it didn't have a safe. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but it does provide breakfast service, for lunch and dinner one can go to some places around or order delivery. I didn't have the apps they use in Honduras but the people at the reception desk helped me. I would definitely consider staying again at the hotel.

Fast and easy check in and check out! All staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I was a bit concerned about was the parking! Most of my stay I was able to park in front the hotel on the street but there was one night where there was no parking I front and had to park at their other parking which is a block away; however they have guards with big machine guys that walk you to from the garage to the hotel and vice versa! Sony family and I felt a little safer. Overall I was pretty impressed with my stay! I don’t think it was going to be good experience and it was. The breakfast is the same everyday but it is very good and the staff that’s serves it is so nice! Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was nice the breakfast was good the hotel was very clean, the only things that i dint like was that air conditioning in our room 418 was not working very well after about 2 hours it would stop cooling the room we would have to cut it off and put it back on and it would work for a few hours again, also in the day we were leaving twice we my wife my daughter and I, went to the lobby to wait on our taxi to go out shoping first and then afterwards when we were leaving and checking out, there were 3 other hotel guests there with there laptops for hours im the lobby one guy was taking up a a 4 seat sofa chair with his documents and backpack so there was no where for us to sit, look like if they were using the lobby as there office i dont think that is right i seen other guests came to the lobby to wait to be pick up and they had to stand just like us because these 3 other guest had all the chairs occupied
