They also have good amenities, I got upgraded and got a free drink for my Gold status and that is always appreciated. Some staff members seem new but they’re very kind so that’s also important. "Very friendly staff and a great area to walk around with loads of shops and restaurants. The only problem is the property maintenance - rooms are not particularly clean and the property looks dilapidated in parts. If they put some effort into that, this could be a cozy boutique hotel."

"Terrible service! They made it impossible for us to check-in. There is no "app" to check in. We receieved no instructions to this day on how to check-in, and we arrived at the property to check-in but couldn't due to the non-existant check-in email or app. This was unbearable. And they refused to cancel due to them failing to provide the access codes and still refused to refund.
