My mom loves watching Spanish TV, and when we couldn’t find the channel she wanted, he came to our room and even connected the TV to one of his own personal streaming accounts so she could watch her shows. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really meant a lot to us. The room was very large, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was also very good, and the property is in a great location. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really appreciated the exceptional service from the front desk."

"Excellent location for visiting the wider Amalfi coast. The hotel is actually in San Gennaro near Praiano. San Gennaro was a lovely village/town with excellent restaurants and bus service. The hotel has wonderful views of the Amalfi coast to Positano and as far as Capri in the distance. We highly recommend booking a table for dinner on the hotel balcony, both for the view as well as the quality of the food. The rooftop pool area was a delight following a day visiting/touring the coastal towns. I cannot compliment the hotel staff highly enough for the level of service and their cheerful attitude, which is a credit to the hotel owners who themselves were equally helpful. We booked a room without a balcony which was clean (always a priority) and perfectly functional - the rooftop area more than compensated for the lack of view from the room"
