"For the price, this is a great deal for the area. It isn't high-end, but for that price, I would stay again. It is hidden behind a strip mall but that makes it feel more secure. Room was spotless with updated furnishings. Entire place was clean. They have coffee in room and in the lobby in the mornings. They have vending machines, but there are several decent restaurant and the best coffee shop I have ever been to just steps away. It is convenient to the 880 and a relatively short drive to locations in the south bay. Unfortunately, Bart is a mile away. I did not see a bus that comes by."

"most rooms are severely outdated, however the after (3) very patient tries from the front desk clerk (btw who was absolutely Awesome) we were able to get a decent room. Free parking is always Great! Continental breakfast was ok. Its about the LOCATION of this hotel which makes it convenient."

"This hotel is not what is pictured when you look at the pictures online they show a nice clean, bright hotel that has new furnishings and equipment and that is not when you get when you walk in this hotel is not cool. It seemed dangerous. There were people vagrant lurking outside and it just didn’t feel safe. We immediately checked out and went across the street to a better hotel. Also when we got into the room, it smelled weird like cigarette smoke and animal, and also had broken furnishings. "
