"Everything went fine"

"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and found a used condom/wrapper behind the bed. I contacted the property and they only refunded $30 parking fee due to the fact I booked through Expedia and not them. I tried contacting Expedia and repeatedly got kicked out of the chat as I tried to resolve this matter. They only were offering $75 in rewards not cash for my inconvenience, and before I could even respond it kicked me off again. I had to wait 5 min in the chat for her to review things, yet the app or representative didn’t allow me 1 minute to respond. Not at all happy with the hotel experience, nor Expedia service or lack there of"

"Long wait times, rude impatient staff, outdated rooms, stayed for 2 nights and housekeeping never came in to clean room. Had to ask 4 times for towles and sheets. Room didn't have a remote. Bathroom dirty. No toilet tissue. I spoke to the manager and he stated he is going to try and process a refund. Please follow up on my refund and call me back"

"Worst hotel! The room was so dirty, looked like they never cleaned it and they just give it to us, they give us new room, but still it was very uncomfortable, I was itching the whole night, also so much noice around the room we couldn’t sleep at all, we had to leave the hotel next very early morning because we couldn’t be there anymore!!! I asked for refund, and the manager was nice and give the refund but still I don’t get my money back. Never going there again.! "
