The hotel in general and our rooms were immaculately clean. The range of food at breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and helpful. I can't comment much on the other facilities like the gym and the Turkish bath, because we didn't use them - we were attending a friend's wedding so we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. There was a big commercial centre nearby, which was very handy. There was taxi rank directly outside the hotel too, another very convenient feature. All in all, a...

Hotel environment and hygiene is good, hotel staff are friendly and supportive. Hotel room is boring, television programmes in Spanish , the room is always hot with no aircondition or fan to cool the room. (These are necessities, not luxury)

This hotel is ideal as a stop over if heading from ferry to Med. as is close to the motorway.

Todo muy bien

Really beautiful hotel in an area that's easy to get around the city. The food and service in the hotel restaurant is brilliant and there's an exceptional guest experience manager called Belen who helped to make my sister's 30th birthday celebrations extra special. A very BIG muchas gracias! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel! Would stay there again.

A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

Great hotel great location near bars and restaurants and bernabeu

Everything was amazing, the location is perfect you have the bus right in front and takes u straight to the city centre. I absolutely loved the breakfast spread and the bed and pillows. I slept so good my back pain disappeared. Love it and will be back here.

Great hotel in a great location. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are spacious and clean

Everything great. Perfect location, great staff, cool rooftop, views are nice. But could have a smart tv/casting. Also some space next to bathroom sink - kind of awkward.

Definitely a great choice for a stay in Madrid. Mid July is hot so having the pool and rooftop was a great way to relax and cool off. The staff and service on the rooftop were great, really enjoyed the views and late night drinks. Very reasonable! We just had a basic room but was still a good size, very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. It is a quieter area of madrid, but still a lot of options right on the doorstep, a lovely bakery for breakfast just on the corner of the...
