"Was not the first time I stayed there normally very please clean. Staff is pleasant. However, this time I checked in late because I had a tour to get their tired at 11:30 at night thinking I have a confirmed booking already paid for. To be told that there’s no room available for me when I’m traveling with a 13 year-old and we’re exhausted and it’s super dark outside. Everything is closed. "This place honestly looks like it should be condemned. It was disgusting. The walls are peeling, there were 4 different types of flooring in each room, and the bedding and towels were stiff. I checked for bed bugs because the place looked so bad. I’m happy to report there were none. "Gorgeous property, we loved all of the animals (dogs, cats, and a baby alpaca). The staff was genuinely kind and helpful in scheduling taxis for us. The courtyard is so nice! The water pressure in the shower was hit or miss, but everything else about this hotel was a hit and we loved staying here."

"No contestan los mensajes a través de la plataforma de Expedía. Ni la reservación ni la descripción del local especificaban baño compartido. Me di cuenta cuando llegué. En recepción me dijeron que decía habitación standard y que así tenía que entender que era compartido. Ni expedia ni el hostal se hicieron responsables, tampoco me dejaron cancelar la segunda noche con reembolso para poder conseguir otra con baño privado.
