Lovely hotel. Very warm welcome and beautiful setting. Rooms were comfortable and we slept well. Dining facilities were excellent too. Dinner was superb and wine list extensive but not expensive! Breakfast freshly cooked to order was delicious. Thank you.

Its out of the way up in the mountains. It gives you every reason to relax and be at peace. A car is a must if you are planning to get out to San Sebastian and the surrounding area.

Beautiful property and incredible staff

We had a great stay here. The staff, especially Itzal (hope i got that right) was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options, and we also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. The property is in a beautiful location with amazing views no matter where you look. It was 20 minutes into San Sebastien and under 10 to Oirtzun.

The hotel has an excellent location, just 15 minutes from Hondarribia, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The breakfast was excellent, homemade with high-quality products and fresh fruits. The room was spacious, with a great shower and all the amenities you need to feel comfortable. The staff provided very good service, attentive and friendly. However, room 101 is quite noisy as it is close to the reception. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

What i disliked was the fact expedia do not inform people that the hotel has a wedding reception every saturday, so the restaurant and bar are closed, and Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed. Not great if you are only staying for the weekend. Sending an email was to late when you are driving 7 hours with no wifi.

Es un buen lugar para descansar. Está en el campo, con hermosas vistas. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas, el baño es amplio. El personal es amable y servicial. El restaurante es el principal servicio de este lugar, atiende eventos. La comida es muy buena. El servicio a huéspedes tiene horarios limitados el fin de semana. La experiencia fue buena, pero el cierre tuvo un tropezón, pues el encargado de cobrarnos no sabía usar la terminsl bancaria y tuvimos que pagar en efectivo los cuatro días de estancia. Sugiero atender mejor la capacitación del personal.

Parfait : au calme absolu ! voiture indispensable ! Un peu difficile à trouver, il ne faut pas louper le panneau indicatif pour prendre la montée vers l'hôtel qui est vraiment en épingle à cheveux . Une fosi là-haut on se retrouve das un oasis de calme et de verdure avec un personnel aux petits soins.

Agréable étape dans la campagne

Nous avions envie de calme et de dépaysement. Cet hôtel du Pays Basque espagnol était idéal. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel et avons apprécié la cuisine élaborée avec des produits du potager ainsi que d'excellents poissons et de délicieuses viandes. Le rapport qualité-prix de cet établissement est excellent et l'accueil est vraiment formidable. Une bonne adresse à recommander !
