This was a great base for exploring San Sebastian. It's just a couple of minutes from the old town, the beach and Downtown. The staff were helpful and the room was well-equipped and comfortable. The only slight downside was that clearly a child lives above and with the hard wood floors, I could hear them running up and down - not a big problem as they went to bed early!

This was a very basic, small room with a bathroom with shower. It is in a great location— easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, & shopping. It also had a balcony that was big enough to sit in. The staff was not very responsive on messaging. I sent a couple of messages that weren’t ever answered. It also says that they have someone in “reception” most of the day, but I never saw a reception area. When I arrived at the time I told them, no one was there to meet me and I didn’t see any reception desk/office. They came about 30 minutes later.

They did not clean or change towls The aircondition was horrible - it made very high noises every 2nd minute even though it was not even on. Other than that it was as expected.

WORST EVER!!!

This was my absolute worst experience ever! The room was sunky, mouldy and very noisy between the rooms. The room was obviosly hot since it was summer, but we could not leave AC on because of the screamy noice. The smell in the room was musty, and we suspect mold... Also, worst of all - the next morning we woke up with bedbug bites. Lots of them. We told straight ahead that we wanted to shorten our stay and cancel two remaining nights, and we moved out. We did not receive any payment back för the two cancelled nights. When we checked out after one night (and all the bedbugs) there was no one in the reception, and we tried calling them to tell them exactly all the things we had experienced, but there was no one answering. And afterwards they now tell us they didn't know we were dissatisfied... No compensation, no excuse, no nothing... Do not book this pension!

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und es war sehr sauber. Leider liess mich ein Geräusch eines elektrischen Geräts im Zimmer nicht gut schlafen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Ich würde sie wieder buchen.

Mysigt i San Sebastian

Ett väldigt trevligt litet hotell inrymt i ett bostadshus. Hotellet hänger ihop med några ytterligare mindre hotell. Rent och fint! Bra badrum. Fungerande AC. Mycket vänlig och trevlig personal! Två kvarter från havet och stranden.
