"Clean rooms and helpful as long as you plan properly in advance e.g. telling them your general arrival time if it's after check in and will assist properly and staff cleans rooms from around 10-12am. No provided breakfast but encourages you to explore carpi to find food in cafes etc. Staff also speak good English so don't be afraid to speak English but try to learn a bit of italian."

"This Hotel is great! The Hotel is owned and operated by Signor Bianchi for over 55 years and it tells. There is no fuss, but attention to detail is quietly dealt with. The building is opposite the station hence it is very convenient. The building has character without being garish. Being near the station, we had expected it to be noisy, but it is busy but quiet. We loved the courtyard to meet and have a quiet drink. The staff were spot on with recommendations to restaurants to eat and destinations for places of interest. We will come back to this Hotel again!"
