"I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It is absolutely not a four-star experience. The amenities are far below a four-star standard, and the equipment is also subpar. We had ongoing issues with the door—so much so that for the first two nights, it wouldn’t stay closed, and we had to contact maintenance multiple times. It was so unsafe that we literally had to sleep with the door open. Additionally, there is no 24-hour reception—we had to collect our keys ourselves at 3 a.m. from...

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share our experience and warn other guests. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price we paid. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, neither in our room nor in the dining area. The bed linens and towels were not clean, and we found both red and yellow stains on them. We also had to ask for extra pillows, as there was only one pillow per person. Our arrival experience was also disappointing....

"Quite possibly the most dishonest hotel I've stayed at.  Whilst it's beautiful and serene, with a lovely beach, please be warned of some of the practices deployed by staff.  We booked an airport transfer upon arrival: the driver arrived at the exact time of us landing (which cabbie does this??) and we were charged a wait time. "OK run down old hotel. Almost all of the hotels I stayed at in Sardinia were like this. Terrible value for money compared to other destinations like Balaerics, Canaries, Greece etc... The location is good. Although the beach is completely overcrowded with families. Manager was friendly and helpful."
