"Magnificent view, peaceful and extremely friendly staff from reception to breakfast roo to cleaners everyone greet you with biggest smile.. Lovely family dog Aki keeps you a nice company only if u wish.. Room itself needs some serious upgrade I also recommend adding a kettle and mini fridge other than that really enjoyed our stay and difinately will comeback "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to Gianni, the nicest and most attentive waitress I’ve ever met. The spa was absolutely incredible, truly one of the best we’ve experienced. The only suggestion I have is to extend the spa hours a bit, since many guests spend the day exploring beautiful Lake Garda and return in the evening. Opening earlier and closing a bit later would make the experience even more...

"Sehr große und schöne Zimmer mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Zimmer sind immer sehr sauber. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Der Ausblick auf den See ist auch beim Abendessen fantastisch. :) Das Abendessen war oft sehr gut, allerdings hatten wir auch mal versalzene Spaghetti. Überwiegend passt es jedoch."

The indoor pool was ideal this time of year but cleanliness of this area was not high on the priority list. Breakfast was a little bland and pre prepared and not always fresh. "The floor is a bit cold. Modern and clean. You have to ask for the tee and water boiler. By default nothing in the room if you want any thing that is already mentioned in booking you have to ask for it. It's a bit weird and make me feel uncomfortable asking every day for a simple thing like tee or coffee. "
