"From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the host. Lovely unique property that felt like you were staying in someone's home rather than a B&B. Very comfortable room and the highlight of our stay was definitely breakfast. Our kids loved cooking their own pancakes at the table. Property very close to the beach and all the amenities in New Smyrna Beach with the bonus of on site parking. Thank you for such an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend Inn on the Avenue."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Salty Mermaid! The location was great, especially being so close to the beach. The room was comfortable and clean, and the property had a nice, relaxed beach atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and parking was convenient. We also loved being able to walk around and enjoy everything New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Overall, it was a very enjoyable getaway, and we would definitely consider staying here again!"

"The hotel had a strange smell. The staff was completely unprofessional. And they overcharged for things that I was supposed to get for free like. They put all these extra charges on my credit card for one day.
The total charge for one day stay 164.00 as agreed. I noticed on credit card I have a charges totalling $334 and I left the room super clean. I don’t understand why they didn’t follow the agreement we had initially made for the one day stay."
