"Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have always stayed at The Boulders when in the area before, but opted for this place instead this time due to a terrible experience at The Boulders last time. Much cleaner, friendlier, and well-supplied than The Boulders (whose major redeeming quality is the spa) and service is impeccable. Love the balconies and Carefree is a nice little town with everything we needed. Will definitely stay again."

1. Conveniently located
2. Nice to have an ice machine
Now for the negatives.
1. Didn't have the room I ordered. Had to pay an upgrade and still didn't get the right room. Wanted a room with a full size refrigerator. Got a mini fridge.
2. The TV did not work properly. The channel guide was incorrect and several regular channels did not work.
3. The bathtub wouldn't hold water.
4. The lighting was bad.
5. Overall bad experience. I even left a day early."
