"The kitchen was lacking some basic things (paper towels, pot holders to use the oven, etc). We had to purchase our own paper towels and replacement toilet paper as this was not refilled the one day of housekeeping. Only replacement towels and trash was changed for the one time of housekeeping for a 7-8 day stay."

"It was very convenient with stores near by and lovely having the marina so close. The pub below was great and honestly really tasty. The parking was super efficient and I loved that it had 24 hour access, it was about $35 a day. The host was super great with communication and putting together PDF’s with super helpful information."

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons.
It was also extremely noisy! "

"Roaches and no daily room service… should I say more. The WiFi was on and out as well as the card key lock. This is not a hotel I would recommend unless you are looking for a cheap motel experience."

"I love staying at the Ala Moana Hotel for its cleanliness, convenience and wonderful customer service.
