"The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable."

"Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...

"When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. After begging with her how not happy we were with our accommodations. She...

"The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator...
