This IHG location was not what I expected, the service and atmosphere is usually much more different. The check in process was easy and friendly but the majority of the time I was around there was no one in the front desk. The hallways smelled like dirty mop water, there was only one super small elevator on site, the one-way parking was confusing, and people were usually driving the wrong way. During one of the nights I noticed the trash was taken out but my bed wasn't made which was surprising. My bathtub was also dirty when I checked in so i just showered in my sandals. One of the things I look forward to is the breakfast. The first morning was fine, but I was surprised to see employees sitting in the lobby helping themselves with breakfast. There was also a lot of bickering within the employees. There was a confrontation between one of the ladies in the kitchen and the front desk lady about the clocking in process. Stating she should not be in the back punching in that someone should be doing that when she checks in. then she was stating that she always used (she referenced 2 individuals) codes to clock in. On the second day for breakfast the area was opened late because the same kitchen lady from the day before came in late. An individual who I believe was the manager confronted her about it and then stayed sitting in the lobby observing. The breakfast on this morning was not good and the bacon served was practically raw. Overall it was not a good expierence.
