"The Elevator was removed and shipped to Texas six weeks for repair. We arrived at 9:00 pm to check in. She said the only room available was on the fourth floor and no elevator. I am a 84 year old veteran with my 78 year old wife. We were to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs. In case of fire I guess we would burn up trying to get out. I can’t believe they can stay open! Holiday Inn should close them down immediately!"

"This location is in need of work. The front desk staff were neither friendly or rude...they just didn't communicate. The gal that checked me in didn't speak other than to ask for my credit card for incidentals. Just handed me the keycard when done. No times for breakfast, what my room number was...Nothing. Room was "clean" yet not. The bathroom sink was either stained with people pouring their coffee down the drain or they never cleaned the sink. The ceiling was full of paint peeling away from...

"DO NOT STAY HERE! This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen. The staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care about the filth. I don’t believe they vacuum the floors between guests. We asked the front desk associate to take a look, he refused, we kindly reported it the next morning, in front of 2 housekeeping staff, our room was still filthy. When we again, asked someone to address it, the housekeeper came to our door and said “what’s wrong now”. Used q tips on the bathroom floor, a toilet...
