"Great, comfortable, relaxing, clean (mostly) hotel. Staff was helpful and attentive. My only complaints are that the hot tub looked like it hadn't been touched or cleaned in months and they didn't even off free coffee in the mornings ☹️. But mostly a good experience! Room was very clean and comfortable. "

"Room was clean, average hotel. Although we were in a non- smoking floor, there was definitely someone smoking cigarettes:-(. Room walls are thin, can hear your neighbor. Restaurant hotel was good and prices were surprisingly inexpensive. Hotel is older however, it does need upgrades. "

"We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the pools were nice and well kept. The mattress was very comfortable, so we slept really well. We also loved the mountain view, and the location is really convenient — close to shopping and everything you might need. We’d definitely come back!"

"There is only one ice machine and it runs out of ice quick however if you go to the restaurant/bar the staff will fill ice bucket. Not all of the jacuzzi jets were working and lack instructions where to turn them on. Staff is great though-willing to help. "

"Visiting for this year's High Desert Art Fair, I needed a place to stay. Located only ten minutes away from the hotel, it was perfect. Room was clean although I needed some help figuring out how the AC system worked, staff was very nice and parking was easy to find."

"Really disappointed in the service from the girls. They couldn’t even tell people when food got delivered. They stayed in the office 90% of the time. We really didn’t appreciate the music at 2am when everybody is in their rooms sleeping and I couldn’t even hear our tv. Ear plugs did nothing. Also it is advertised as clothing optional but that is not the case at all. Just disappointed to spend that much money on mediocre service, crappy stale food and a jacuzzi that was not that warm and needed...

"This is such a perfect place to go to Joshua Tree. It very closed to several restaurants and supermarket. You can get free flow of ice cube during summer and you get an intercontinental bfast (no butter for the bread but it's fine 😁). All in all, we are so pleased with our stay there. "

"My husband and I stayed at Tuscan Springs last weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is a bit dated yet clean and very comfortable. Loved the quiet and peacefulness of the adult only atmosphere and access to a quality self serve breakfast was a bonus. We will return."
