"I booked this apartment because the description said it was within walking distance of Sandwich town centre, and the map that was displayed prior to booking indicated it was located off Moat Sole in Sandwich town centre. It was only after I had gone through the booking process for what was a seriously expensive booking, a new address was provided for the property approx 1.6 miles away in Woodnesborough! I have restricted mobility and needed to be closer to the town so I asked if I could cancel....

"Great location and with a parking space albeit very tight to get the car down the lane and we don’t have a large car.
House was as described but very basic and just felt like not a lot of thought had gone into the decor and making it homely. Just a couple beach pics on the walls. Outdoors furniture was dirty.
TV in the bedroom didn’t work.
Bed was small and a bit uncomfortable.
Downstairs toilet was dirty.
Shower leaked and difficult to get in and out of the bath with the large shower...
