"We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We specifically booked a room overlooking the Snake River and the Idaho Falls Temple, and the view was absolutely beautiful. "This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All...

"We only stayed for 45 minutes and they refunded my money, the building and entry was very disgusting it looked like it had not been cleaned for months. We went into our room and it had not been cleaned and there were multiple places on the ceiling and wall that had bugs and cob webs. I went to use the restroom as soon as I lifted the toilet seat bugs came out from underneath the toilet seat. There were multiple dead bugs on the bathroom floor.
