"I reserved a king river view room texted that we would arrive at 9:00pm and arrived at 8:30pm. They gave away my view room and gave us a very bad non view room next to stairs and the ice machine. "Very nice hotel in a great location for someone passing through the city and wanting to catch the local attractions around the Falls. Hamptons are consistently good, but this is probably the best I've stayed in. Large, clean, comfortable room with attractive decor. Would have stayed on for another night if my itinerary had allowed it."

"I’ve machine was broken, no advisory about it, some lights didn’t work, most door difficult to operate/latch."

"Very difficult to check in. The shower didn’t work right, the tub was patched and seemed unclean. The walls had fingerprints. Walls are thin and can hear other guests in the parking lot and through walls. Didn’t get much rest."
