"新しいホテルなのでもちろん綺麗
良いレイアウト
2部屋ベットルームが分かれているのはとても良い
キッチンもあるので連泊に良い
ロビーがかなり殺風景なので
チェックインは瞬時に済ませて欲しかったが
日本語が片言のスタッフが対応
こちらが日本語話者なのだから日本人が対応してほしかった
外国人観光客用のホテルという印象"

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "

"We received a surprise room upgrade upon arrival. The location couldn’t be better — Right across the from the gondola (which we loved for mountain biking) The staff were SO friendly and accommodating. We loved every minute of our stay and B&D and can’t wait to come back :) Thanks so much!"

"The condition of the cabin is super and as described. It is super clean and have all kitchen amenities available, probably more than my own kitchen. The check in process was smooth. The host was super fast in responding to email, usually an hour. We left behind a stuffed toy and they will help us ship to our hotel in Tokyo.
Excellent service, highly recommended. Will probably stay in the same place next time to Hakuba."

"Our one bedroom unit was clean, had cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, cutting board, knives and hot plate. The fridge and freezer was a good size. The place included a toaster oven and microwave. The host responded quickly to questions. The location was approximately 20 - 25 minute walk to most locations, to include ACoop, a grocery store. I thought my one bedroom included an in unit washer and dryer but it did not. It was okay, since there were 2 machines, just down the...
