"Beautiful nd peaceful place. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Staff friendly and helpful. Very picturesque location. 10 mins drive from nearby beach and 15mins to Ganapatipule beach and Temple. Room spacious, clean, free from insects and mosquitoes, breakfast delicious. If you love peaceful picturesque location then must try. We will definitely come back "

"It was good experience and recommended property for family."

"Not worth of 13k for family of 3 - classic premium villa. Old property not well maintained.. bathroom is ok although WC need replacement. Even no hook given inside bathroom for hanging cloths. Poor lighting in room , wardrobe. Shower area near Pool is in pathetic condition with water logging. Looks worms are playing with each other. Rooms has spider web. No tissues papers. No vallet parking, insufficient staff. If u get this property in 5-6k, then stay or else look for better options. Rooms:...

"The room was large, with a very comfy bed.The shower and hot water was excellent! A kettle and tea were a great added bonus! Breakfast was lovely, you can't beat a good Indian Breakfast! The staff were all charming and very helpful!"

"Property is old. Room was dirty when we checked in. "

"The property is spread in a big area with lots of cashew trees and open spaces for walking The front of the property is also a waterpark and usually bit busy in season But the best part was the staff and their eagerness to help In particular the restaurant/onsite manager (Abhijit Jadhav) was very helpful and eager to serve"

"The location is beautiful, the resort has a beautiful view, clean and the staff is fantastic and friendly. I will visit again "
