"This is quite possibly the finest hotel service experience I have ever encountered. Yes, the grounds are lovely, the amenities are excellent, the place is spotless. But it was the people, the staff of this hotel, who left the biggest impression. To a person, they were kind, helpful, welcoming, and profoundly concerned with meeting my needs and being of assistance. Here’s an example: my travel companion was ill and needed more cough medicine. When I went to the concierge to ask where I might buy this particular formulation, she arranged to send a hotel staff member to fetch it for me, and I was only charged the cost of the medication. I especially enjoyed the afternoon high tea, usually held in the courtyard, which included music, sometimes dancing for entertainment, and occasionally a local artisan demonstrating their skill. I have a beautiful lac bangle bracelet as a souvenir. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. SIX STARS! "

"The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400"

"If you get a chance to stay here- don’t miss it. The property itself is a haven and every little detail is thought of. The design and de oration is out of this world and a wonderful Rajasthan experience. What makes this hotel so special- is the staff. They are so well trained to make you feel comfortable. Nothing is too much to ask and they are so knowledgeable. They were amazing with children and the kids adored the kids club. We had a villa with a room and pool and it’s somewhere we didn’t want to leave! The main pool is just the perfect temperature and surrounded by palms and rajasthani style domes. You can even get bikes to cycle around the property. The breakfast buffet will blow your mind with choice and taste Honestly - my favourite hotel - time and time again - this hotel has never let me down. "

The only downside to the hotel is the distance from the Jaipur city center, but the area was very peaceful as a result."
