"- The Manager seemed more interested in shaking hands than actually resolving customer issues. - On two occasions, when I asked for ice in my room the front desk went out of their way to tell the attendant to only bring me a glass rather than a bucket. This was not a mistake, this was intentional provocation. - The service in the breakfast was excellent. - The front desk staff aside from the ice incidents were excellent. - The room only really had one funtional outlet"

"Everything was perfect"

"Everything was wonderful and excellent here. My bed was comfortable, the food was fabulous, the staff was so attentive and kind. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Siem Reap."
