The Hotel has changed it's name to Pandora suite. The young staff where extremely helpful It was a nice place to stay Only issue in my room was no sockets to charge your phone devices, i had to use remove a light and the fridge to enable charging

Perfect location next to the the River. The staff were always on hand if you needed help or information.

Amazing, attentive service from a staff that genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. They go the extra mile - cold towels whenever you arrive back; water, fruit and cold towels at the pools; free mobile phone; free tut-tut service; they even got my sunglasses repaired. Modern, comfortable rooms; lovely pools; great cooked-to-order breakfast.

Excellent place. Calm oasis Fabulous staff. Really kind and thoughtful. Exceptional. Very short tuk tuk ride to town easy and not a problem. Distance from centre is not a problem at all

Very good, the room was clean and comfortable. Next time, we'll book this hotel again.

People by the community just started nearly 2 months ago, everyone is so happy and work so hard from morning until mid-night. I was wondering and asked them “You guys work so hard but look so happy. Could I know why?” They said that, they are so happy for working with the great community for helping many people. Everyone works from heart and sharing experiences to each other. Especially they are very helpful and so kind. They consider everyone is their family. They are very humble and so polite....

Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, they felt genuinely caring and were keen to make our stay in Siem Reap as pleasant as possible. The location was unrivalled, especially for proximity to the Angkor temples, and it felt like a secluded jungle retreat. The Jungloo pods had private plunge pools which were inviting in the humidity of the August season, powerful air conditioning for escaping the heat, and the room was attentively cleaned and regularly stocked with amenities. The free...

The staff and the hotel were fantastic, the food was a delight the pool area was lovely after a busy day site seeing

We had a really wonderful stay here. A genuine oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap, yet still possible to get to walk (or 3 minute tuk-tuk if you don’t fancy the heat!) to local restaurants etc. staff excellent (very friendly, nothing is too much trouble, but also unobtrusive). And the food at the restaurant is first class.

Fantastic family, anything you wanted or needed wasn't a problem.

Friendly welcome in very pleasant surroundings. Excellent food everywhere one goes, be it pub street or restaurants in hotel or elsewhere. Angkor Wat was totally up to expectation and a visit even further afield (by tuktuk) to the temple left fully to the jungle was astounding. What a beautiful experience.

Great experience! The privilege floor at the Borei Anchor is wonderful. We went for the B&B rate rather than the 'package'. Because travel is so cheap in Siem Reap having a driver wasn't worth the additional expense. For $10 a day you can access the lounge from 5pm to 7pm. It's worth it on the days you feel like having a few cocktails & entrees. The hotel is in great order. The Landmark Rooms have a bath & separate shower although they are not a suite configuration. In other words, they...

Very attentive staff, without being overbearing. Beautiful, intimate environment. Not too big but big enough to have great facilities with personal attention. Lovely suite rooms, great service, lovely spa and pool. Thrilled to have stayed here while visiting Siem Reap. The tours organised by the hotel are first rate - relatively expensive but worth every penny. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel, excellent and polite staff, excellent food and good wine selection, excellent swimming pool and facilities.

Our room was excellent, large and very good facilities. The swimming pool was relaxing and we also used the spa, treatments were very good. The evening meals were excellent in their restaurant, we enjoyed this stay.

Great layout and architecture

Transfer did not turn up, Expedia not Tara`s fault, other than that it was an incredible stay, City and particularly the people were warm friendly and so friendly to be around.

Little far away from main Angkor Wat but transport options are available.

The staffs was the most friendliest and accommodating. There are so many incredible thing about this hotel - the room with private kitchen, roof swimming pool, room design, modern.
