"An excellent hotel all round. The staff were friendly, informed and courteous. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a sister company - heritage tours - which was also excellent and arranged a fantastic, dedicated 3 day visit to Angkor Wat temples and Kulem mountain. (We co-designed the itinerary with Heritage Tours.)"

"The pool had a film over it and wasn’t pumping round so didn’t want to use it as it looked dirty…The restaurant was closed so we had to order breakfast and then we had to eat it in our room…The bar was also shut down so couldn’t get a drink…The rooms themselves looked lovely but the bed was very uncomfortable and the shower was luke warm and the plug hole was all blocked…I felt like squatters …"

"Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. I did not feel relaxed and cared for here instead I felt like I was surrounded by vultures trying to make money off me."
