The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "

"Very nice place. Newly renovated bathroom. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. The common areas are well done. We enjoyed sitting there, reading next to the fireplace. We also liked the location - Next to a river and grocery stores to get snacks around the corner. "

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."
