"Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,"

"Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Vienna. Perfect location, lovely rooms, clean facilities, lovely breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely return! "

"Sembra uscito dagli anni ’50, un hotel perfetto per l’atmosfera che cercavamo a Vienna. Stile antico ma molto curato e confortevole. Nonostante il freddo, la stanza era caldissima, il letto comodo e la camera e il bagno pulitissimi. Anche la colazione era piuttosto soddisfacente. Non c’è reception h24, ma siamo stati accolti bene al nostro arrivo. Si potrebbe però pensare di mettere dell’acqua gratuita nelle stanze, l’acqua a pagamento non è una buona idea. "The property owners/staff were very welcoming and pleasant to converse with, but at check-in and the next morning at breakfast. "

"If you want a nice, peaceful, away from everything kind of place, then this is your stop. Up on top of the mountains, you have a fantastic view all around you. It is very quiet and you can sleep peacefully. The rooms are quite basic, no fridge, soap stuffs, but it is still a great lodge. The owners are very nice and amazing folks who will do what they can to make your stay pleasant. This was definitely a relaxing stay for me."

"Very good location with access to the subway on your doorstep. Lots of shops nearby. The hotel does feel like its long overdue a refurbishment. Some of the wiring in the room and bathroom looked a bit dodgy for a hotel in an EU capital city. It was very hot whilst we were there and there was no air conditioning or fans in our room which made it a little uncomfortable. Overall it isn't a 5* hotel but then we did book it as it was cheap so can't expect it to be, it was clean and it served our...
