"This hotel is in the perfect location in Graz. Just out the door there is tons of shopping and dining options. It’s also about a 20min walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean and nice beds. The decorations in the hotel also added a charming look to it. I would recommend this hotel and would easily book it again. "

"Very nice hotel in a Graz Messe, which is a little outside city center but retail and restaurant options were available around the hotel, and Graz is a very walkable and bikeable city with many transit options. Hotel staff were very friendly and allowed us to stay parked for a few additional hours after check out so we could explore the city more."

"Room was functional but not the most comfortable. The real issue was the reception and checking in, I had to scan a QR code and register at reception, then the receptionist rudely asked me the same questions, I think he could have just read them off my passport that I handed to him in the first place. He then said I have to sleep in bed number 1, making me concerned I have booked a shared room... I was in a single room with one bed. Unneccessarily rude. I stayed in a few budget hotel brands this week and unfortunately this was the only one where I felt uncomfortable."
